The Fire Says: Bynum no longer utilizes Kareem as a his special coach, so KAJ is off to find a more enriching job to help him realize his quest of becoming an NBA head coach.
- The Story: Almost every NBA expert predicts the Lakers to win the West and a majority believe they will repeat as champions. The Fire Says: No surprise there.
- The Story: Lamar Odom is putting his Manhattan Beach home on the market. The Fire Says: And it can be yours for the low, low price of $2.4 million. LO is apparently ready to move on to a new residence now that he is married.
- The Story: Lamar Odom received multiple cuts and scrapes in last night’s win. The Fire Says: That certainly explains all the band-aids that kept accumulating on his arms as the game progressed.
- The Story: Recently waived rookie forward Tony Gaffney has landed on his feet in the Israeli professional league. The Fire Says: Good for him, perhaps this can help him make the Lakers or some other NBA team next season.
